Marijuana Reclassified to Schedule 3
The Justice Department on Thursday ordered an immediate but limited change in federal marijuana policy, moving FDA-approved marijuana products and marijuana products covered by qualifying state medical licenses from Schedule I to Schedule III under federal drug law.
